Ski Chalet with Steam room, has 280m² of floorspace over three levels. It’s almost a ski-in/ski-out property with very close proximity to the slopes (50m) located in the enclave of Val d′Isère. The property is perched on the mountain-side, so offers stunning views over the resort. With 4 en-suite bedrooms, this chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The lounge is open plan with a fireplace, dining area and compact but well-equipped kitchen. There’s a great terrace with outdoor seating so that you can enjoy long lunches outside while looking out over Val d′Isère. The twin chalet has a home cinema system in the living space, so you can relax with a good movie.

There’s also a bunk bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom, an extra child’s bed can be added in this room. All the bedrooms have LCD televisions with satellite channels and internet access.

The chalet also features a steam room, an extensive wine cellar, garage parking & an elevator.

The Ski-in/ski-out  chalet is located on the exclusive private estate. It enjoys a panoramic view overhanging Val d’Isère station and the valley. You reach it with a private lift from downtown or through a private street by car. It is close to ski in / ski out (the Bellevarde slope is 50 meters away). The village center is at a 2 minute drive, or 5 minutes’ walk.
