Using the building’s lift to access the floor, the apartment sits at the western end of the development, with neighboring apartments only on the eastern side, and upon entering the property, you come into a small foyer with some storage options.

The spacious, modern, open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room are in front, with access out onto the north-east facing balcony with mountain views. Off this area are the 2 bedrooms, which have openings into the living room for light and some storage in each. The kitchen is recently installed and fully equipped, and boasts more than adequate storage and work surfaces for a property of this size.

The separate WC, bathroom, and bunk room/dormitory are off to the left from the entrance hall, and this sleeping area is equipped with a bunk bed and 2 additional single beds.

The area of Preyerand is very well located close to many of the resort’s amenities in addition to the incredible skiing access. Within a few minutes of leaving this apartment, you can have your skis on your feet and you have the choice of numerous lifts, meaning you can avoid the queues during the busy periods of the season.

Using the lifts system, you can be skiing in Val Thorens, Meribel and Courchevel within just a few lifts and the Menuires ski area is the best for finishing the day on the sunny slopes.
