Luxurious three-story 4 bedroom Zermatt ski chalet

This wonderful chalet, with mountain views and bathed in the morning sunshine. The décor is really tasteful with a combination of a cozy alpine atmosphere together with a modern contemporary finish. There is also a wonderful liberal use of wood and stone adding greatly to the atmosphere.

A very luxurious chalet, free-standing three-story 4 bedroom Zermatt ski chalet sleeping up to 8 guests. The chalet has one of the best locations in the village just 200 meters from the Matterhorn Express lift station and less than a four-minute walk to the center of the beautiful village of Zermatt.

Its location provides the best of both worlds: spectacular views and easy access. Tucked against a beautiful hillside, the numerous balconies and large terraces give you incredible views of the village of Zermatt and the surrounding mountains, encompassing all three of Zermatt’s ski areas. Access to the Chalet is easy. Just 200m from the Matterhorn Express base lift station and resort run, there is a street-level tunnel built into the rock which leads you to a lift (elevator). Once you exit the elevator, it is just a gentle 2-minute walk to the Chalet. This is an ideal location being close to the main lift station, the ski runs, and the village center. The tunnel and elevator bring you up high above the village providing a true sense of high mountain seclusion and tranquility with breathtaking views. Skis and boots can be left in the tunnel’s ski-room

On the ground floor, the chalet features an entrance hallway that opens onto a living room with a rotating fireplace, satellite TV/DVD and music system, and an open plan modern kitchen – dining area. The hallway also has a guest toilet, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a boot room.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor which features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a W/C. This is flanked by a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and W/C. This bathroom can also be accessed independently from the landing.

The top floor has traditional chalet-style sloping wood ceilings and features a very spacious master bedroom with spectacular views. There is an open-plan bathtub, a separate shower, a separate W/C, and your own private sauna. On the same floor, there is a further smaller double bedroom which uses the bathroom on the floor below

Each bedroom has its own TV (satellite/DVD) and stunning mountain views and three of the bedrooms have their own balcony. On the ground floor, the living room has a large sunny open terrace. The chalet is equipped with wireless broadband.

The chalet comes with an electro transporter which our staff will use to move your luggage and shopping as required.

The chalet is one of our exclusive 4-star properties. It has the most luxurious and spacious master bedroom of any, with an open bathtub, separate shower, separate W/C.

The Chalet is accessed through a tunnel and an elevator. The entrance to the tunnel is 200 meters from the end of the ski runs beneath the Matterhorn Express lift station, just a 4-minute walk from the church square. This is an ideal location being close to the main lift station, the ski runs, and the village center. The tunnel and elevator bring you up high above the village providing a true sense of high mountain seclusion and tranquility with breathtaking views. From the elevator exit, there is a 200-meter walk to the chalet entrances which are at the top of the short open staircase. An electron transporter is available which our staff will use to move your luggage and shopping as required. Ski equipment is left in the ski room down in the tunnel.
