Luxury Self-catered Ski Apartment on the ground floor of a historic chalet right in the heart of Morzine. This 80m² apartment sleeps up to 9 people -in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.

The living space consists of a sitting room and generous kitchen diner which are linked by a large opening, so although these are two separate rooms, the space feels light and open plan. The cozy living area has floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the Pleney piste beyond. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, and wine fridge. There is a large dining table with plenty of space for the full group.

Externally, there is a large garden and terrace with a private hot tub. This hot tub has lovely views across the Pleney slopes.

Of the four bedrooms, three have king-sized beds, which can also be set up in twin configurations. The last bedroom is a triple bunk room. Two of the king-sized bedrooms have an en-suite and the other shares a family bathroom with the bunk room. The apartment has a full-sized bath in one of the en-suite bathrooms.

The apartment has a private entrance onto a driveway with space for 2 or 3 cars. There is a boot room in the cellar on the lower floor, which also has a separate entrance. In the boot room, you will find boot warmers, ski racks, and a washing machine/dryer.

Both the Pleney and the Super Morzine gondolas are an easy 5-minute walk away, so you can be on the pistes in no time.
