Unique duplex penthouse apartment in the center of Chamonix, occupying the top floors of one of the most historic buildings in Chamonix center, the Pas de Chevre. Across four bedrooms and 439m² of space, up to six adults and four children can be accommodated.

Leading up the classic metal stairs from the entrance lobby, you are greeted with a magnificent 100m² lounge and dining area, designed in a unique Art Deco style, where every aspect of the room and item of furniture has been carefully picked in line with the style of the apartment. Within this room, guests can take a seat on the sofa surrounding the fireplace or for a more relaxed setting, sit on leather loungers with a glass of bubbly in one hand and a book in the other, looking out at the incredible mountain views through the sliding doors. Take a step outside, and you are welcomed by a 135m² roof terrace, offering jaw dropping 360° panoramic views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. Standing here, it’s quite easy to forget that you are in the center of Chamonix.

The dining area provides a great balance for families, with there being one table to seat up to 8 guests, and another table for 4 guests, giving the opportunity for adults and children to dine separately and indulge in alternate conversations whilst enjoying the dishes your professional chef has prepared. The unique duplex penthouse boasts a semi-professional kitchen, separate from the dining area.

As well as a spacious living area, there are other areas for groups to relax, one being the massage room on the ground floor. Here, guests can experience a variety of treatments by a highly trained therapist. Back upstairs and a bar area and separate TV room can be found. Whilst the kids may like to watch a blockbuster movie on the big screen, the adults may prefer to have a cocktail or two in the stylish bar.

Situated on the ground floor are each of the four spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests in total. Three of these rooms are double bedrooms with king-sized beds, whilst the fourth bedroom is a bunk room for four guests, ideal for kids. Each of bedrooms have extremely high quality fixtures and fittings, as well as their own private en-suite shower rooms. As an added benefit, one of the double/twin rooms has a standalone bath in the bedroom and another offers a large dressing area.

This penthouse apartment has lift access for the two floors in the apartment itself, as well as two outdoor parking spaces and a private garage a three or so minutes walk away.

Situated in the center of Chamonix, the rental duplex penthouse is in a prime position for those looking to explore the beautiful all-year round town. Simply taking one step out the penthouse door and you are in the very heart of the town’s pedestrian area, which has a huge choice of fantastic bars and restaurants well as a selection of high street and designer shops. The famous La Folie Douce Chamonix is around a 5 minute walk from the penthouse for those who like a spot of après ski.

For ski access, it’s around a 5 minute walk to the Savoy drag lift and beginners area. From here you can take the one drag up and ski down to the Plan Praz gondola, linking up to the Brevent-Flegere ski area. Alternatively you can walk directly to the gondola in around 10 minutes.
